"The total ended up being more than I expected"
I went in thinking I had a good idea of what I was going to pay, but as the process went on, a few extra costs started popping up that I hadn’t really noticed upfront. By the time everything was added together, the total was higher than I expected. I don’t think it was necessarily a huge issue, but I do wish the pricing had been explained more clearly from the start so I could’ve planned for it better.

I received someone else’s items instead of what I actually ordered. It was frustrating because I was expecting my order, not a mix-up. I hope this gets fixed quickly, because if this happens again, I’ll probably take my business somewhere else.

So my order arrived in this really flimsy box with almost no padding inside. The corners were all crushed, and one of the items looked kind of dirty from all the mess in there. not really what I was expecting.

I really regret choosing them because they never kept me updated at all. I had to keep reaching out myself, and when they did reply, the responses weren’t helpful. It just left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Umm, this was disappointing. The item I received looked nothing like the description, and even the size and fabric felt completely different from what I expected. it just felt like a waste of time.

I was in a good mood when this arrived, but that faded fast once I felt the material. It’s really thin and just feels cheap. After one wash, it already looked kind of worn out, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected better quality

I really liked how it looked when I first got it, but the quality just didn’t last. After using it a few times, it started to show wear, and some of the stitching came loose. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. It’s not terrible, but the durability was disappointing

I’ve tried using the website a few times now, and it’s been annoying. Pages load strangely, and the checkout process keeps confusing me right when I’m trying to finish an order. I also reached out about it, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

I wasn’t happy with this order. The delivery took longer than they made it seem, and when it finally arrived, the product just didn’t feel worth what I paid. I tried reaching out, but the response was slow, almost like they were hoping I’d just give up and stop asking. Maybe that’s not the case, but it definitely gave me that impression. I wouldn’t order from them again

"Shipping took way longer than I expected"
I expected the order to show up in a normal timeframe, but the shipping ended up being much slower than I was prepared for. It felt like it dragged on forever, and I didn’t get many clear updates along the way, which made it more frustrating.
The products themselves might be totally fine, but compared to what I thought the experience would be, the wait really took the excitement out of it. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

I reached out to roseandmoore.fr about my order i still don’t feel like I got any proper answer. I waited a few days, sent another email, and it was just more of the same nothing, really.
It left a bad feeling, because they take the payment right away but when something feels off, suddenly nobody seems to be there. I don’t know, it just didn’t sit right with me, and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again

"Sizing was totally off"
I ordered my usual size and even double-checked the measurements, but the fit was nothing like the chart showed. It was way too tight in some areas and weirdly loose in others. Super frustrating, especially because a friend had recommended the site to me. I don’t think I’ll be ordering clothes from here again

Every time I reach out to support, I just get vague answers that don’t really explain anything, and the way they respond makes me feel like I’m being talked down to. It’s been really frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

I ordered this for a birthday and was really hoping it would arrive on time, but the delivery date kept changing and I never got a clear update. It eventually showed up, so I guess it did arrive in the end, but it was too late to actually be useful. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d order again

After I bought it, getting support felt like pulling teeth. They took forever to respond, and when they finally did, it was basically useless. the whole support team came off like a bunch of clowns who had no idea how to help
